These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of or access to the services offered through the website Dreamsholiday.in.

1. User Information

The platform allows you to share your personal information, which will be used to engage and interact with you.

2. Payments

For booking holiday/tour packages, an advance payment is required. The full payment must be made 90 days before the trip.

3. Mode of Payment

Payment can be made online using a Master/Visa card. A bank processing fee may apply for credit card transactions.

4. Cancellation Policy

• 50 days before: 30% cancellation charge
• 30-40 days before: 40% cancellation charge
• 20-30 days before: 50% cancellation charge
• 15-20 days before: 70% cancellation charge
• Less than 15 days: No refund

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 10-16 weeks as per banking procedures.

6. Changes by the Company

The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour package. If a major change occurs, you may accept the changes, choose another package, or request a refund.

7. Changes by You

One set of changes to your package is allowed free of charge if made 40 days prior to the tour date. Further changes will incur an additional 30% cost.

8. No Show / Early Departure

If you fail to make payments as per schedule, the booking may be automatically released. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.

9. Air Fare

Tour prices do not include airfare unless explicitly mentioned.

10. Statutory Charges

Additional government charges and taxes may apply.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

The company is not liable for delays or deficiencies due to force majeure events. Terms may change and will be posted on the platform.

12. Disputes

All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi district courts.
